3rd offense yields felony charge in $120 speaker theft

A Bath man is facing a felony theft charge after allegedly stealing a Jay speaker from Kohl's department store and hiding it up his sleeve. Jackson at 5:20 p.m. Feb. 2 entered the store at Northampton Crossings in Lower Nazareth Township and was seen by a loss prevention officer removing the speaker's packing, according to police.

A Northampton County man admitted Tuesday to raping two girls and sexually assaulting a third over seven years in Allentown. Antonio Rosario, 21, of the first block of Oakwood Court in Bath, pleaded guilty to two counts of rape of a child, and a single count of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.
